Trying out that whole “set manageable expectatio

Trying out that whole “set manageable expectations for myself” thing this week. First goal: don’t miss so many workouts that my Garmin thinks I’m peaking.

No gizmo, I’m not ready to run a marathon. Last week’s ‘taper’ is called BURNOUT.

That said, I've registered for the 2021 RnR San Diego Hald Marathon, and the tie dye shoes have been ordered (couldn't resist). As long as everyone wears their masks, washes their hands, and stops sharing germs with each other...⁠
