Making my way back to @crossfitgames has been my goal since I came home from Carson last year. This sport has done so much for me in my general life, my body and my mind since 2012. I really feel like I was born to compete and I'm going to do that for the rest of my life. It's so satisfying to see that the work that I've put in the last year is paying off and I've got to thank my great friend and coach Erik Lau Kelner for believing in my potential from the first moment we met in 2012 at the Icelandic championships, I honestly wouldn't have made it so far without him involved in my training. I also want to thank my sponsors Scitec Nutrition Wod Crusher and all the Icelanders that made their way to Denmark to cheer on, it meant a lot to everyone of us.
