Week 5 is the first time I’ve called an audible and rescheduled a run day of. I do my best to stick to the plan, but when your body says NOPE it’s best to shut up and listen.

Turned out to be the right call, by giving myself one more day to rest and fuel properly, with a little nudge from Mother Nature I cut my 10 mile time down by 14 minutes from 2 weeks prior. Win.
