Eddie Van Halen popped up from behind a snowbank and told me to. #JUMP 🎶 Jet lag isn’t so bad when you realize it wakes you up in time to catch a free sunrise. Yeah I caught air before coffee. Where’s my prize? 🏆

Full-on reflective = safety first! 🤓 I’ve been anything but consistent with workouts lately. Got a late start on the day due to jet lag, so by the time I was ready to hit the pavement, there were only 20min of daylight left on the clock. Enter obnoxious (read: f’ing awesome) #seawheeze outfit for a chilly & windy AF 5K. it may read 28° on the thermometer, but Weather.com says with the wind factored in, it feels like 16°. My rosy cheeks & runny nose will buy that. 🥶

Oh the places I’ll go! Who needs plane tickets when you’ve got a well-lit green screen and photoshop 🤷🏼‍♀️😁

NOT MY FAULT these piles of rocks remain relevant a solid 6 weeks after I actually visited them. Blame @athleta for their amazing technicolor Contender Tight release in approximately 3627 bright and happy colors. 5FD went up a little early this week, and the selection looks like a batch of M&Ms. #linkinbio for the latest blog post 💻

Do these shoes make my feet look big? 🏈 (Can’t really see them all that well, but FWIW the @athleta Madison Moto Tight is doing a solid job on allowing me to do the Captain Morgan). In other news, there are a ton of hard-working people in San Jose putting a bit of a football game on TV tonight. May the entire work fam have an awesome show! 📺🤓 #gosports #dothething #winthepoints

New year same me. Scattered attempts at whatever hours of the day (this time, 6:30a hotel balcony squats) to not lose whatever fitness I haven’t already let go thanks to long sedentary work days and giant pieces of cake in the catering tent. 😋 • I’d rate this particular mini workout a B for effort, F for the scenery. Throw a towel/mat down and for 21 minutes: 1min squats 1min pushups 1min sit-ups (Or 1min plank) #travelwod

What to do: find alley, take cheesy golden hour selfie • What not to do: GAF that your coworkers think you’ve gone bananas
