Every once in a while, I’ll see a CrossFit athlete post a WOD on instagram and bookmark it for Open Gym when I’m at a complete loss for what to do with myself. Colleen Fotsch posted this one last month, and aside from scaling the snatches from 75 to 55lbs in the name of barbell cycling, did it as written. Spicy! This chipper took me something like 40 minutes to complete.

The T2B felt like a million bucks, hooray! Was able to kid together at least 5 in each round before resorting to dead hang doubles. Also stoked that earlier in the class I didn’t fail any strict presses. I suck at those.

Accidental Rest Day
I meant to hit the 5:30 WOD, but that’s tough to do when an all-afternoon meeting goes until 7pm. Work happens.

Opposite of the day before, I got out of work early! Impatient to wait for CrossFit o’clock, I bundled up and took advantage of daylight and managed to get a not-so-quick 6-miler. Brrrrrr!

Happy Thanksgiving! I should have run in the morning. I didn’t. I went to my Dad’s house and ate donuts instead.
