Like a dope, I chose to use my high school graduation year at the time. Who did that help? Cyber thieves, probably. RIP BCkat03, and all the other terrible AIM screen names that we chose for ourselves in the late 90’s and early 00’s.
I know I know, lulu uploaded on MONDAY and here I am on WEDNESDAY but the day job is currently having no mercy, here’s a quickie recap of the new new before I race to the office and end up eyeballs deep in equipment and emails for the next 12 hours.
Favorite #1: Fast and Free High-Rise Tight 28″ Non-Reflective Brushed Nulux ($100) in Graphite Grey
Apparently if it’s too early in the morning, I see 28 degrees on the thermometer and think to remember gloves and an ear warmer for my morning run, and don’t think about my poor legs.
Idiot me forgot to wear brushed tights yesterday, and I was miserable the entire time. The world needs more brushed tights for outdoor winter stuff.
Favorite #2: Rulu Rally Wrap ($128) in Black
Tried one on last year, loved it. I’m not the floppy wrap type of girl so I didn’t buy it that day, but each time I look back on the photos, I kick myself a little bit for not expanding my horizons.
Favorite #3: Invigorate High-Rise Tight 25″ ($128) in Submarine
The only thing stopping me from snapping these up is that I already jumped on the Wunder Trains a few weeks ago.
Favorite #4: Define Jacket Cropped Gold ($128) in Black
I’m generally not a fan of the obvious branding (it’s what drew me to lululemon in the first place), but if you stare at it straight on, you can trick yourself into thinking the top half of the lulul is just a bunch of artsy lines.
Things don’t get obvious until you throw your hands up in the air sometimes and give a spin.
Favorite #5: Wunder Train Cropped Long Sleeve ($88) in Black
Not a new style, and only sizes 8-10-12 are available at the time of this typing, so I’m not sure if it’s an error or all the skinny girls jumped all over the re-upload already.
This week’s upload was a bit weak (likely so that people save their pennies and spend on WMTM instead), so I’m grasping at straws, here.
